Why do Ukrainian leaders prefer to play the oracle on TV, but not to answer questions?Lyapina: Rada can "prattle and use PR"
It is unlikely that Rada will vote for VRU chairman appointment, as none of candidacies has chances to get 226 votes
Kseniya Lyapina, MP from the OU-PSD, member of the Our Ukraine told the IMC.
Commenting on possible affirmation of one of four candidacies - Lytvyn, Martynyuk, Lavrynovych or Plyushch - Kseniya Lyapina noted: "All these candidacies do not have chances to be affirmed to the post of speaker".
"Of course, Lytvyn would obtain most of votes, but less than 226, as usual the BYuT and "regions" need him, and this is because they need him, he must choose one of them. Now I don't see withdrawal from this situation. Probably, we will look for another candidacy. But now it is unknown - where we should look for?" MP stressed.
Kseniya Lyapina also noted that VRU can't work without speaker, as MPs can "prattle and use PR from the VRU podium", but "only VRU chairman has the right to sign this law".
